Section 3: Know Core Aspect Ratios

We recommend organizing your campaign creative needs by aspect ratio clusters first. This helps streamline production, maintain visual consistency, and ensure your ads scale beautifully across platforms. Why aspect ratios matter:

Aspect ratio clusters are groups of ad sizes that share the same width-to-height proportion, making them easier to design and scale from a single “master creative.” Instead of creating a unique layout for every individual ad size, creative teams build one flexible version per cluster and adapt it to a few key sizes within that same shape.

The table below highlights the most common aspect ratios used in ad production including associated sizes, platforms they work best on, and ideal use cases. If you’re not sure what you need yet, don’t worry, just share your media plan and we’ll guide you.
