Ysobel Rose founded Advariation after leading media at Amazon and HelloFresh, where she saw firsthand how creative testing unlocks scalable growth—but most teams lacked partners who could keep up. Now, she’s assembled a senior-led team and built tools like the Creative Hub to turn creative production from a bottleneck into your secret weapon.

Elle Davis brings experience from Google and Amazon, where she led initiatives to develop and scale marketing initiatives. At Advariation, she advises on creative testing strategies that integrate generative AI to drive content efficiency and performance. Her work streamline production and scale winning creatives.

Lisa White’s background at Google and Meta blends research, product strategy. She manages our Creative Hub, shaping it around client feedback to make the creative process fast, simple, and collaborative. She keeps projects moving, ideas flowing, and clients genuinely happy.
