To produce your ads efficiently and meet platform requirements, we need specific assets and file formats. Providing the right materials upfront helps ensure on-time delivery.
General Requirements (Applies to Social and Standard Display Animated Ads)
Any color palettes, style guides, or references to maintain consistency.
To ensure your ads meet platform size requirements, we recommend starting with SVGs or other vector-based assets—they’re lightweight and scale well across devices. Layered design files (such as PSD, AI, or layered PNGs) are also preferred, as they allow us to animate individual elements efficiently.
The cleaner and more organized the files, the smoother the production process—and the better your final creative will perform.
Finalized text for headlines, CTAs, descriptions, and disclaimers
Provide the destination URL for your ad as well as the tracking codes
If you want us create more versions of your existing ads, please provide the complete working files.
Any brand-specific fonts in OTF, TTF, or WOFF format.
Short-Form Video Requirements (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts)
High-quality video clips (MP4 or MOV) with minimal compression
Additional clips to enhance storytelling
Any licensed tracks, voiceovers, or scripts to include
Preferred messaging or subtitles for engagement, captions, and text overlays.
